Since this is a subtle selection, my personal style preference is to split the "decision" phase from the "action" phase, to reduce repeated code, and to squish the documentation inline, closer to where the decision is made.
By matching on the two pieces of info at once, instead of nesting matches, it's a little easier (for me at least) to compare + contrast what we're actually doing here, making it a little more truth-table-y.
