Summary

• Adds Hybrid Mesh Platform as a sandbox-tier Validated Pattern with a full documentation journey on validatedpatterns.io (architecture, getting started, cluster sizing, hub gateway, observability, industrial edge, scaffolding, demo scenario, customization).
• Links to the VP-conformant implementation repo maximilianoPizarro/hybrid-mesh-platform (fork of multicloud-gitops with clustergroup, ACM managedClusterGroups, ESO secrets template).
• Supersedes closed PR Add Hybrid Mesh Platform sandbox pattern (VP implementation) #693 with updated content from the pattern repo (v1.5.x journey, refreshed RH-branded images, showroom explanatory narrative without hands-on lab steps).
• Addresses feedback from @mbaldessari on Add Hybrid Mesh Platform sandbox pattern #686: docs now align with a Validated Patterns framework implementation.

I'm waiting for a validatedpatterns member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work.

Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
