there is a page that will generate the api token, and when a new one is generated, the DB will be auto updated to reflect the new one. a prefix has also been added in front of the token
CRUD request can be sent through curl command or Postman/ Postcode as long as user has logged in once before and has a copy of their api token.
Output will be a json that tells the results of what the user is looking for (json version of lookup results, what information was edited, creation of a new short url, url deleted successfully)
