docs: add Agentic Skill page and update deployment docs#28

Add the surveydown agentic skill documentation page (with copy-prompt component) and cross-reference it from the getting-started, storing-data, and deployment docs. Update deployment to the three supported hosts (Hugging Face, Posit Connect Cloud, Google Cloud Run), removing shinyapps.io and Heroku.
