This PR adds the implementation for the outputs
layered-matrix,layersandmax-layersto the subaction.The README contains a new layered matrix section, which hopefully explains it well. Since the examples seem quite large, should they be hidden behind a details tag?
I also adjusted
.github/workflows/ci-subaction.ymland added a few tests for the new outputs.I'll mark this PR as draft until #454 gets merged. Afterwards I'll rebase it and mark it as ready for review.
