When a spoiler contains a link, revealing it leaves the child link focusable, but pressing Enter while focused on that link bubbles to this wrapper handler; these lines call preventDefault() and toggle the spoiler, so keyboard users cannot open revealed spoilered links. This only occurs for interactive descendants inside an already revealed spoiler; guard on revealed && event.target !== event.currentTarget or otherwise let descendant controls handle their own keys.
