Radeon Cloud is a Colab/RunPod-style templated GPU notebook cloud running on AMD Radeon GPUs (ROCm), with a free tier that gives developers free AMD ROCm GPU notebook hours and ready-to-run templates for fine-tuning and inference. It fits the free-credits list as an option for GPU access on AMD hardware.
