Release preparation for v1.2.0.

Changes

• CHANGELOG.md — finalized the [1.2.0] - 2026-06-13 section: added the two trailing entries (feat(firebase): add InitializableConfigValueProvider #163 Firebase InitializableConfigValueProvider, Rename firebase FetchException to FirebaseConfigException #289 FetchException→FirebaseConfigException rename), normalized subsection order to Added → Changed → Removed → Fixed, and updated the compare-links. A fresh empty [Unreleased] sits on top.
• gradle.properties — VERSION_NAME 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT → 1.2.0.

No code changes. After merge: develop → main (real merge commit), tag v1.2.0 (triggers Maven Central + Plugin Portal + GitHub Release), then back-merge to 1.2.1-SNAPSHOT.
