Getting Started

  • Make sure you have installed libstdc++, gcc-c++ and glibc-headers.
  • Requires protobuf 2.4.1. If you install a later package, the build will fail with symbol errors.
  • Install protobuf from source. There is no good package for CentOS, and the version in Ubuntu is too new.
  • Requires a local instance of AEM running on the default port 4502, and configured with the default admin password.
  • Once you have successfully built Grabbit to your local AEM instance, download the Grabbit package through Package Manager and install it to other instances.
  • Make sure the fragment bundle is also installed to your other instances.
