Fixes #102. This PR clarifies that /pwa-pwastore/ and /pwa-installer/ are equivalent, by adding a note to /pwa-installer/README.md linking back to /pwa-pwastore/, mirroring the note that already exists in /pwa-pwastore/README.md.
