shouldn't this go under the Test suite menu item (which is under Advanced usage)?

Than it is so hidden. And you don't really aquire advanced knowledge to use the dashboard on its own. I feel that it fits under this menu item because than you bring together what software is available, and is some of that somewhere still working.
