Add press atomic action

Summary

• add PressAction and PressActionCfg to the atomic action registry/export path
• add a press tutorial that runs move -> press on a wooden block
• allow the press demo block XY position to be configured with --block_pos

Validation

• This is a stacked PR based on ljd/move_object_atomic_actions.
• Replaces Add press atomic action #316 after renaming the head branch to ljd/press_atomic_actions.
