* fix(deposit): include Citrea in new EVM deposit blockchains createEvmDeposits derived its applicable chain list directly from AlchemyNetworkMapper.availableNetworks, so freshly generated EVM deposits omitted Citrea, while pre-existing deposits in the same pool listed it. Citrea shares the EVM derivation but is polled by PayInCitreaService rather than registered with Alchemy. Add a deposit-specific applicable chain list (availableNetworks + Citrea on prd) and filter webhook registration to Alchemy-supported chains only, so new EVM deposits match the existing pool combo without manual fix-up while Alchemy webhook registration stays correct. * fix(alchemy): gate Sepolia to non-prd, match historical PRD chain order availableNetworks listed Sepolia unconditionally and put Gnosis before BinanceSmartChain on prd. The order is consumed by createEvmDeposits when persisting deposit.blockchains, so freshly created prd deposits serialized to a different string than the historical pool — splitting the freeDeposit monitoring group across two combos. Sepolia is a testnet and should not be in prd's deposit chain list. Remove Sepolia from the unconditional list and add it to non-prd. Move Gnosis after the prd-only BSC push so prd matches the historical order: Ethereum;Arbitrum;Optimism;Polygon;Base;BinanceSmartChain;Gnosis.
