Update the Arkade SDK from 0.4.3 to 0.4.36 to support an upcoming server key rotation. DefaultVtxo.Script Options now require csvTimelock. Production code already supplies it (via the server exit delay, falling back to the SDK default for the undefined path), so only the test that builds a deterministic offchain address needed the SDK default exit timelock (144 blocks) added explicitly to keep type-check and the generated address in sync.
