Adds the v2.5.0 release notes entry for the Azure App Configuration JavaScript Provider.

Changes

  • Added a ## 2.5.0 section to releaseNotes/JavaScriptProvider.md (reverse-chronological, above 2.4.2).
  • Single enhancement: the secretResolver callback in keyVaultOptions now returns any instead of string, enabling Key Vault references to resolve to structured values (e.g. parsing application/json secrets into objects).

The date is set to June 24, 2026; adjust if the actual release date differs.
