Reports are interpretation artifacts from observed public signals. They are not project decisions, investment advice, medical advice, legal advice, or proof of truth.
Each report carries minimal classification metadata without freezing taxonomy:
- report_type
- primary_category
- categories
- category_status
- candidate_theme_hints
- owning_team
Concrete categories may stay unset while the system is still learning. Candidate theme hints are not formal taxonomy. Different agent teams may later own different categories. Cross-category claims require explicit handoff and dispute review.
Public reports should read like a newspaper edition first, then an audit packet:
