Aktualisiert den Typ der PDO-Konstanten von int auf bool für PHP 8.4.0 (PDO::ATTR_AUTOCOMMIT, PDO::ATTR_EMULATE_PREPARES und der Alias PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_DIRECT_QUERY). Ergänzt außerdem die neue deutsche Übersetzung der Seite pdo_dblib.
