file caching issue, not updating

Describe the bug

after a few hours, editing a file for example claude.md myself and by claude itself, the changes ai makes to file stop appearing inside of phoenix code on windows. if i open the file in notepad i can see the new changes. but for some reason phoenix code starts caching the file, i close it, open it, edit in notepad, its not showing the changes inside of the ide. it keeps showing an older version. once i shutdown the ide and restart it, then i can see the newest version of the file. this probably applies to any type of text file.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Will look into this, looks like the file watchers may have went offline(were you on a project with a large number of files?)

the project had 700+ files, about 10 were open at the same time
