Creation of an adopters page

To highlight those who have adopted ModelPack, creation of a dedicated page that serves the following:

• List of adopters
• Qualifications of an adopter
• How to add new adopters

How would we populate this? It seems like this would need to come from the community, but in my experience most community members won't take the time to create a PR to add their organization to a list like this - at least not at first.
