Show Telegram sync status in GitHub activity messages

Improve GitHub activity messages by showing whether the GitHub user is linked to a Telegram account.

Current message

Proposed message

If the GitHub account is synced with Telegram, show the Telegram username next to the GitHub user:

🌟 [ASafaeirad](https://github.com/ASafaeirad) (@S_Kill) gave star number 18 to yt-channel-mirror (https://github.com/fullstacksjs/yt-channel-mirror).

If the GitHub account is not synced, leave the parentheses empty or omit the Telegram username:

🌟 [ASafaeirad](https://github.com/ASafaeirad) gave star number 18 to yt-channel-mirror (https://github.com/fullstacksjs/yt-channel-mirror).

Expected behavior

• Always display link to the GitHub account
• Display Telegram username when the GitHub account is synced
• Show no Telegram username when it is not synced

If I understand correctly, the main goal is not only to show the Telegram username, but also to make it clear whether the GitHub contributor is linked to a Telegram account or not.

• If the GitHub account is linked to Telegram:

  • If the Telegram account has a username:

    🌟 [github username] (@telegram_username) (https://github.com/ASafaeirad) gave star number 18 to yt-channel-mirror (https://github.com/fullstacksjs/yt-channel-mirror).
    

  • If the Telegram account does not have a username:

    🌟 [github username] ([telegram display name]) (https://github.com/ASafaeirad) gave star number 18 to yt-channel-mirror (https://github.com/fullstacksjs/yt-channel-mirror).
    

• If the GitHub account is not linked to Telegram:

  🌟 [github username] (-) (https://github.com/ASafaeirad) gave star number 18 to yt-channel-mirror (https://github.com/fullstacksjs/yt-channel-mirror).
  

This way, users can immediately distinguish between:

1. Linked accounts with a Telegram username.
2. Linked accounts without a Telegram username.
3. Accounts that are not linked to Telegram at all.
