It looks to me that this package is mostly abandoned, and as discussed in #38, there are no plans to support it. On the other hand, I'm interested in keeping this package alive, so if there is truly no intention to maintain it, I would like to be a maintainer and update it to work with recent versions of ProximalAlgorithms.
@nantonel @lostella: Are you okay with giving me permissions to maintain this package on my own? If you like, I can wait before merging PR, as I do at AbstractOperators; however, the changes required in this package are quite substantial.
